Cognition- the screen is pink! Please help

Hi!

I am up to one of the final chapters in Cognition episode 1 (the church). I had to exit the game. Now, every time i load the church scene, the whole screen is pink.

I can access the phone, inventory etc, but I cannot get rid of this pink screen. I have closed and restarted the app, restarted my iPad, and installed the latest iOS, no luck

I did not save my game in a separate file, kicking myself for that now

Does anyone have any ideas?

I myself don't have an ipad, but I did a little searching and found this: http://www.ipadforums.net/threads/ipad-screen-turned-pink-blue-colors.124063/.  If you're still having issue, I hope this helps
