I think the code just checks if the person reporting is trying to report themselves. :P It doesn't care whether you're a mod or not. XD

No. That's still not what I meant. :P If I were to report random person  #3, and If it was on a board that I'm in charge of, would it let me report it or would it say something like "Change it yourself"? :P

The means can justify the end.  For example, life itself.  The ultimate outcome is death, so one could ask what's the point of even living?  The means justifies the end because life is about the entire series of events from beginning to end, rather than the end itself.

Anyway, this isn't why I asked the question, but I just wanted to give an example. :P
