The team started back in 2000 with 5 or so individuals among them were Luke Jensen and Jonathan Haling (I believe, I don't really remember right now) anyhow, the team got started in Yahoo Groups, eventually they got a website out, but the website didn't have much to show cuz they were just starting out. Eventually at the end of 2001 Cesar who was just a writer way back then, didn't feel quite alright with the management due to they had like a year or more and they had achieved only TWO chapters in all that time. Cesar took over at beggining of 2002, and since then he started to organize it by teams, assinging each one of the members responsabilities according to their input and skills. Richard Flores became ever since then, Art Director till nowadays.
Way back then, it was a small team and Cesar went on hiring, during that process he hired me, eventually he hired Michael Fortunato, Alex Saunders, Petter Holmberg, Katie Hallahan and so it went. And eventually we hired one of the most loved members now, Allert Van Der Leij and Neil Rodriguez and many others.
The team has been seriously functioning (sp?) since 2002, it has had a lot of re-structuring ever since. We work as a non-profit project that means every single penny that we have ever needed has come from our pocket. We're the most popular indie developers in adventure field hence we've appeared on Computer Gaming World, Edge Magazine, 1UP, IGN, Gamespy, Mtv and many other places.
