The rat trader in KQ7?

Not the correct answer, but I suppose he does desperately need something better to do... XD

Delling

the bookworm in KQ6?
Noli me tangere! Nescio ubi fuisti!
Don't touch me! I don't know where you've been!

Marquess of Pembroke
Duke of Saxony in Her Majesty's Court
Knight of the Swan for Her Imperial Highness

...resistance was obviously useless against a family that could invent italics.

ooh, good guess.
*thinks that's probably it*

hercrabbiness

Nope. Here's a hint: the answer to this riddle shows up regularly in more than one location.

arg! I can suddenly think of quite a few possibilities... I've convinced myself for the time being that the minstrel in KQ4 is the most likely choice

All before I am found
You'll need me to get past
The very next to last

i have something in mind, except "a round" doesn't make sense. ???

Delling

well, give it a a guess... the worst that can happen is it could be wrong :P
(you're probably right and just don't realise it ;P)

Okay! My guess is the dove tile in the catacombs, because the order of tiles that Alexander has to walk over is Rose, Rose, Rose, Scythe, Crown, Dove, Skull, finish. The rose is a flower and the scythe is a blade, but I don't understand how the crown would be "a round." But the dove is the second to last tile... so apart from the crown, everything else seems to fit jusst right.

Delling

I like your reasoning... but it's not what I had in mind... I am hesitant to say more... maybe in a few more guesses

You and Boogeyman were on the right track...
