Graham doesn't feel quite ready

I got stuck after
I got graham dressed and convinced the ferryman to let graham rent the boat. But when I click on the boat it says "Graham doesn't feel quite ready to leave the Isle yet." What else do I have to do?

I am stuck in the same place as the other person.  I gave the item etc.  Where is the place you said to go?  I can't find it.

I found out the reason I could not find that place is because of problems with my computer and the game demo - the door to it would't open. (I did manage to get there by unchecking the "full screen" box!)  But thank you very much!!

i am also confused as to how to get on the ferry

here is what i did

i also got the bad guy's black cape what do i do now?

could someone please link their walkthru if you ahve one? obviously tell everyone in the post its a link to a walk though so they don't ruin their game experience but it would help me rather than to keep checking back there
