What I think so far.

First words:  Flat out awesome!

Clicking on some things should provide a little better response.  Perhaps this is already being addressed in future development?

Example:  Click on a drawer in grahams room.  It should say something like "There is nothing of interest in there" instead of calling Graham a thief or making the comments like you clicked on nothing.

Click on a door to someone's room it should say something better than there is no reason to go in there.  Rosella's and Alexander's rooms could say "Graham does not want to go in there now.  It is all to sudden to be faced with her belongings"   OR something like that...  something that gives a reason for why he doesn't want to go in there.

Containers, Doors, and "Obvious" items should have some sort of semi custom message for them.  Or a second level of general message that says "there is nothing interesting about that"

The suit of armor is very "prominent".  Clicking on it should say something more than the normal message clicking a spot on the floor does.  (Even if there is no reason to click the Suit of Armor...  just a basic message that says anything more specific than hte random messages.

Next:  The background behind text is makes some text hard to read.  Please ensure that all text and backgrouns are high contrast.  If this means that text at the bottom has to have a background that is "less" transparent, then so be it.     Green on light gray is veyr hard to read.   Green on dark gray (with slight transparency still) would be fine.

Next:  Options Screen.   Play should be at the top of the list.  This is a small thing, but it falls under "usability" enhancements.  Nearly all games have "play" or "Return to game" at the very top or very bottom.   It would be fine to have it on the bottom and have save on the top.

Next: at 1280*768 Graham doesn't go to new screens easily.  I can't get out of the castle at this point.  I'll try putting it into windowed mode.

I have RC1 + the patch.

I'm VERY impressed so far though.  Graphics, music, and fun.  Awesome.

I think a walkthrough for the first chapter (only) should be made available.    I would not have known there was something wrong with the way the game runs on my computer if I didn't read through all the hints so far.

A walkthrough would tell me what I should be trying/checking out and making sure works.   I cannot get out of the castle yet.  Something I'm clicking on isn't in the right spot or something.
