That would have to be the most logical dream I've ever heard of. Of course it has mermaids and trolls and stuff, but its waaay too linear. My dreams involve totally random stuff like sprinkling powdered butter on daffodil seeds to make them grow, and politicians using my grandmother's house as a campaign headquarters.

I have very linear dreams myself. Many of my dreams are adventure game style, with the occasional odd bit thrown in. Though some things are extremely weird and unrelated to anything I've ever seen in real life. A couple nights ago I dreamed my dad was driving down the highway and we saw this one hippie trying to ride on top of his car like it was a skateboard. Dang fool fell off, of course, miraculously survived somehow though.

Okay, I officially know how KQ9 will end. No, seriously, I do.
King Graham will divorce Queen Valanice, who will marry Edgar. King Graham, in the mean time will marry Hagatha (who, as I've already said, is Valanice in the future, but he doesn't know that).
Meanwhile, Cassima discovers she's in love with Captain Saladin and has an affair, although Alexander has lost his mind and developed feelings for Lady Celeste. Then, Rosella and Connor become directors of a cheesy soap opera about the Royal Family of Daventry called "Quests of Our Lives".
This is, of course, all after they join forces to destroy the evil Golden Egg, which has hatched into an evil chicken-like mastermind.
There, now we don't need to play the game.

Being realized mainly by a group of KQ nostalgics, this game inevitably will be filled with references and ties to the official series. Yet I am sure it will be nearly as rewarding to play for anyone we introduce to the KQ universe in this game. Hopefully motivation enough to make people dust off that old Tandy 1000 they got in the attic, somewhere behind the Easter decorations box and the pile of unused wallpaper, and try loading up the original King's Quest from 1984 to see what they missed.

Come to think of it, Sierra was always big on surprise endings. The third installements of King's Quest, Space Quest and Leisure Suit Larry all comes to mind...

The very end should be KQ team characters, voiced by the people themselves in an amusing comic strip style and i dont mean naked!
That way they can be imortalised in the game itself...and perhaps make a sequel- KQ 10 The Princeless Cesar!

ofcourse its a good idea, it came out of my brain and its a valuable idea too, coz not a lot of good stuff leaves the squishy pink thing between my skull!

just imagine a mini Neil, a mini Say aww cuteness...and their little voices...OMG u could suck in helium and have even more minature voices..ook maybe thats goin a bit too far

I read (somewhere) that someone is going to die at the end. I would think that it would be best if it were King Graham. After all, the series started with him, and it would make a logical finish.

But who is going to rule Daventry then? Maybe Rosella and Edgar could do it since Etheria is still ruled by Titania and Oberon.

KQ9 is said to be "the closing episode" so I don't think something like: "And so they destroyed the Society of the Black Cloak and Daventry and the Land of the Green Isles lived happily ever after." would be an appropriate ending.
On the other hand, if both countries (and maybe all the other ones, too) were destroyed, the fans surely wouldn't like it.

Because there are so many secrets about Valanice, I think it could be possible that she'll die

Maybe some more unimportant (at the moment) characters will die as well...
