we are in 90% build with people just like you, we study, work and dedicate our time and heart to this project

Heheh yeah I read some of the crazy stuff as a Guest, but don't worry it didn't scare me one bit.  If anything, seeing these people's personalities through their posts, contributed to making me want to sign up too!

I'm not sure which position I would apply for.  I am a Software Engineer (2nd year, hey Say I'm 20 too!) so I'm pretty good with any kind of software.  

- Technically, I could be a programmer, but the only game experience I have is making a pinball game in grade 11 and combat game in grade 12.  But in terms of programming languages, I know: C, C++, Java, Visual Basic.  

- I don't have any 3D experience, but I'm alright with 2D.  I know Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop pretty well.

- For web design, I don't know a lot.  I know HTML, some Flash (and of course, Java).  But if it's simple stuff like updating content, or following some pre-defined template to build something then I could do it.

- In the publicity department, I would love making promotional material in Flash (I'd have to brush up my skills and read the book I bought months ago Actionscript) and trying to make it known to the world when Kq9 comes out.

- Lastly, I had a job 5 years ago where I created databases in FileMaker Pro and then merged them all into my own database program designed in Visual Basic from scratch.  I'm pretty organized and wouldn't have a problem with this position either.

So yeah, there's a lot of options, but this isn't like I'm applying for a career.  I'd have no problem in doing whatever is desperately needed.  I can tell already that this game has extreme potential.  Who knows, it may revolutionalize the whole gaming scene once again!

you gotta be aware Yonkie since this is a not a paid project you really know or specify an area you would like because to work in whatever it might come agh it would seem like too much, the project is big and is massive work so believe me sometimes is not as much as fun in the park :-/

Alice, it looks like KQ9 will be enjoyable for you, cuz from what I've seen in the various hints and stuff, it will be a fantastic game with no dreariness. There will be scary parts, but at least there won't be any combat. And I don't mind scary too much, as long as it's not mostly of the "pop out of a corner and scream" type of scary.
