Port to Onlive possible?
« on: July 01, 2010, 09:49:36 AM »
I remember playing the original KQ back in the 80's so I was really happy to find this project.  I recently got an account on a cloud gaming service called Onlive: website: www.onlive.com.  I was wondering if TSL developers have heard of it or considered porting TSL their as well.  They have some indie developer titles like World of Goo that have done really well there and I think TSL could gain more exposure to people who may not know about this project. Thoughts?

I recall something in a contract stating that where POS could distribute the game is limited... but I could be wrong.
This is Nifty, Royal Heir.

I'm like, an adult now or something? Sounds fake, but okay.

It's certainly not going to end up on a site where you have to pay to play the game.
Well, ya, King's Quest is on Earth. Daventry is very old city from a long time ago. It's in ruins now and people aren't quite sure exactly where it used to be. There are some archaeologists searching through the ruins, they think they know its Daventry. But its somewhere on Earth."-Roberta Williams http://kingsquest.wikia.com/wiki/File:Daventryisearth.ogg
