[NOT-FIXED]Game Crashes at Castle of the Crown Entrance (Category: Crash/Reboot)

When Graham speaks to the guard dog for the first time, outside the castle of the crown, the game freezes and I get a microsoft error message saying it needs to close. Happens every time, after the Guard asks, "How is the king, sire?" Everything else, including the the intro and opening movie runs smoothly for me.

Aside from the game being pretty choppy at times (due to the fact my machine is not the best), I don't seem to have any problems. So far, all the other convos on the Isle of the Crown work fine. I'm not sure if this is a known bug or if it is something I can fix. Help please   Thanks!
