That's awesome! And yes, I want pancakes now too. But it's passed midnight in my neck of the woods. I don't think cooking pancakes at such a time is a good idea. Although mac and cheese sounds rather good...

I'm hungry for just about anything right now. There's a good chance I'll be cooking mac and cheese later; speaking of mac and cheese, it's taken me several years to perfect it. Yes, I am so terrible at cooking that I somehow manage to screw up mac and cheese. Is that sad?

Speaking of mac and cheese, I think Steve Byrne expresses my feelings about it rather perfectly.
