War is ugly enough... but at least soldiers are trained and prepared to fight, and know they may be wounded or killed. But killing civilians? I'll never understand the depths of hate that can drive people to such things.

As in, the only way to reconnect is to restart the computer...already had to do it twice within the last couple of hours.
