Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron n5110 laptop, with an i3-2350 CPU @ 2.3 GHz, 4GBs of RAM and an Nvidia GeForce GT 525M graphics card, running Windows 7 Home with SP1.

I downloaded and installed the game on Thursday, chose to play it with graphics on "Fast" and also chose "Windowed". Everything worked fine, and I played for a few minutes before calling it a night.

Today, I figured I'd take some risks and try to run with higher graphics settings, so I chose the "Good" quality and also chose the "Fullscreen" option.

The result of this was that as soon as I pressed the "Play!" button, all I saw was a black screen, which I presumed was temporary while the game was loading. However, it stayed there for several minutes, without anything else happening. Nothing else would work, either. No keyboard shortcut seemed to do the trick, not Alt & Tab, not Ctrl & Shift & Esc, not even Ctrl & Alt & Del.

I had to do a hard reset and try again. Since my PC is a bit on the old side, I figured it simply froze because it just couldn't handle the strain caused by these new higher graphics settings. I tried choosing "Simple" in graphics quality. The exact same thing happened. After pressing the play button, everything froze.

I went back to Windowed mode, and chose even lower settings for the graphics, I even chose the exact same settings from Thursday. The same thing happened yet again. As soon as the game loads, everything on my computer freezes. I can't move the mouse cursor, the keyboard is not responding and I have to hard reset my machine.

I tried to play the game after closing my anti-virus (BitDefender free) and switching my firewall (Comodo free) to Game Mode to see if anything would change.

It didn't.

Seven or eight hard reboots later, I've given up. My hunch tells me that there's a settings file somewhere I should delete, but I really don't know.

Please help me, as this is a highly frustrating critical issue and I've been looking forward to playing this game for a while now.

Can you run dxdiag on your computer and email the results to us via support@postudios.com? Thanks!
