Cesar Bittar (CEO)
A seasoned executive, Phoenix Online head Cesar Bittar boasts extensive experience in game development and production, having previously worked with major studios such as Telltale Games and Activision on blockbuster titles like Spider-Man 3™, Tales of Monkey Island™ and Sam & Max Season 3™, among others. Cesar has acted as Producer and Director for Phoenix Online Studios’ The Silver Lining™, Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller™ and Producer for Jane Jensen’s Moebius: Empire Rising™ and the upcoming Gabriel Knight® remake.
Vitek Goyel (Vice President)
A noted gaming entrepreneur and business development executive, Goyel is a seasoned leader in the field of video game art and production. In addition to his work as VP of Phoenix Online Studios, he is the founder of Pixeltek, a top game art outsourcing studio whose past clients include such industry notables as Foundation 9, Ubisoft, Atari, and Vivendi Universal. Goyel oversees business development and offshore management, and serves as Executive Producer on all games developed at Phoenix Online.
Richard Flores (CTO)
As CTO of Phoenix Online’s development and publishing arms, Flores manages the company’s award-winning team of in-house programmers, artists and animators. A successful animator for Hollywood films such as 300, Fantastic Four and Final Destination, his work bridges the gap between today’s most popular storytelling mediums, including both traditional and interactive platforms. With a strong technical background, Richard oversees all art and programming functions at Phoenix Online, and serves as a fundamental pillar helping guide and oversee its development efforts.
Scott Steinberg (GM Publishing and Development)
The general manager of Phoenix Online Publishing, Scott oversees business development and strategic planning for the company’s publishing and distribution arms. A 15+ year product acquisitions veteran (Atari, DreamCatcher, Microids) and C-level consultant to gaming’s largest publishers, he spearheads Phoenix’s partnerships with leading developers and distribution houses, which help bring groundbreaking games to life. A bestselling business author and award-winning analyst, as seen in 600+ outlets from TIME to The Wall St. Journal, his insights have shaped dozens of cutting-edge consumer products
Katie Hallahan (PR Director)
A top PR pro and creative executive, Katie brings a strong writing and editing background from her years working in the publishing industry across a variety of roles. Co-designer for The Silver Lining™ and Cognition™ (as well as Director for Cognition: Episode 2), she has led the public relations department through Phoenix’s period of greatest growth, including appearances on Bloomberg TV, Wired, CNN, Joystiq, and PC Gamer, among others. Katie also oversaw Phoenix’s highly successful Kickstarter campaign for Cognition.
