Not too long ago we checked out some of the remastered songs for the 20th Anniversary Edition of Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers.

Today we continue our look into these songs, all of which were remastered by the series’ original composer, Robert Holmes.

Book Shop

One of the most requested songs, the iconic St. George’s Book Shop theme. It establishes peaceful mood, a place where Gabriel can return to, rest and forget his problems.

Gedde Estate

One of the first pieces composer Robert Holmes worked in the original Gabriel Knight is also one of the most memorable.

Main Theme Variation

A short secondary spin off of the main theme in Gabriel Knight. Meant to be used in some areas where the action and tension builds up.

Lake Crimescene

Another community favorite, the Lake Crime Scene establishes an eerie mood as Gabriel Knight slowly discovers more about the voodoo cult.

Saints Blues

The famous Jackson Square, a real world location based in New Orleans forever immortalized in Gabriel Knight. This song is used to great measure in bringing it to life and adding that New Orleans blues touch.

We hope you enjoyed the new remastered songs. A lot of love and care has been put into them and the 20th Anniversary Edition itself. Whether you’re re-visiting New Orleans or learning about voodoo cults for the first time be sure to check back for more updates!
