Well since noone recognized it or found it or bothered to look for it and it's been so long, I'll just go ahead and give the answer. ***SPOILER***




















It is Chrono Quest 1, the starting up scene at your home castle, where you have to find the time machine your uncle or dad with which you have to travel to go find him.

Ok now someone else do it.

I was looking online to see if there was any place I could get the game...Unfortunately, it doesn't look like anyone is selling it...not even ebay.  But from the other screenshots I've seen, it looks really interesting!
