Quote...or the Bros. Chaps might very well have given permission.

Nah. TSL and Bros. Chaps are in direct competition. Ever play Peasant's Quest?  :P

I don't debate, I ramble with STYLE!

I have... but I don't really see it as competition. :P I know that the Bros. Chaps have an okay working relationship with the people at nuklearpower (Brian Clevinger et al.); they seem amiable enough to the web community at large (of which TSL is a member).

What about Trogdor? The Brother Chaps could sue, you know.  ::)

If anything, they should be happy to have TSL plugging their games :P

Of course. I'm just saying we wouldn't want Cesar Burninatored, or anything.

Play with Trogdor, and you are BURNINATED!  ::)

I'm glad Jauquin Phoenix didn't end up how Alexander looks, I don't like that actor's look, personally. No offense to him. I think the only part I've really liked him in was Johnny Cash.

Ummm... I think FataliOmega was joking.

For those wondering, Journal Entry #5 got a bit delayed because April was a pretty hectic month.  Hopefully, it'll get posted sometime tomorrow.

Thank you for the update. I was looking for it today too!  :)

It's actually going to be a pretty good one, once Mike sends me something... 8)

After all your efforts, I couldn't even stay out of trouble for one day and the bad guys got me all over again. The next entry in our Journal Special is now posted. This month's entry entitled "Figure of Speech", describes the design process behind character voices. The entry features various sound clips and the audition video for TSL's King Graham. Enjoy! ;D

"that even to this day people comment on how annoying some voices were to listen to while playing."

XD I had a laughing fit at that which almost resulted in milk all over the place

The oracle sequence with SFX was cool :D

Looking forward to the next one. Code! :D

Horray I've been waiting for this one and I love it!  :D

Had I not been so young (and oblivious to this website) back in 2004, I would have been one of the 300 people to submit online auditions *sigh* o well I'm sure everyone sounds super awesome!  ;)

I LOVE the audition clip!  Mr. Jason Victor... WOW!  Those were incredible reads, both of those were cold readings?  Geez.  :o

I only noticed it yesterday, when the 'News'-ticker caught my eye, as I keep forgetting about this thing. So I surely wasn't waiting for it nor was I aware of it being late. Sometimes, having a forgetful mind can leave you with wonderful ignorant bliss. ;D

:P  I didn't want to mention any names, but I think we all know which characters have excruciating voices. XD

I believe so.  Unfortunately, I wasn't there when they had them, so this is the first time I've seen Jason's audition as well. ;D

All this time you didn't know?! XD  Actually, speaking of bugs... I noticed those cool voice SFX from the Oracle Sequence were present in the Public Demo, but no longer exist in the current build.  The echo is there, but the actual sounds seem to be missing.  It was all in one large audio file back then, and now it's separated, so that may have had something to do with it.

I think it's even funnier that way than if you'd referenced by name XD

Why am I hearing the Oracle saying 'twisted into paz that never end'? :P
Great audition clip! :D Had my job not bound me to this country at that time, I would have come to those live auditions as well. Not that I would've gotten a part of course... ::)

I know I'm probably the only one whom the grammar mistake in the oracle's voice clip bothers. XD It's otherwise a very nice entry. :)
