Not a problem. I can understand the fury the fans feel. As stated before, feel free to sign the petition (link in my signature ). I just wanted to stop anything from happening before it could develop and the mods had to step in

Why doesn't César Bittar create a game with vivendi in it.
Vivendi wants te anihilate all kingstquest games but you have to safe them all.

I've took a look at the site of the UK goverment, but all what I have seen were milions of sentences.
Then it became to much for me to read any furter
So all I can say is that I haven't found a cleu.

How long will you wait before sending the petitions in? I am having scanner problems and might not be able to send it in for a few days. But I really want to help the cause so I will try to fix it and get it in ASAP.

I'm hesitant to place a deadline on when everything is due. I want to give people plenty of time, but also to give Vivendi time to make any final decisions. So, if you will just get it to me as soon as you can...a few days will give you plenty of time. If you have any questions, feel free to email or PM me.

I'd like to say that the emails and the war against vivendi is making progress.  I've heard many skeptics say that emailing and petitioning is useless.  Well guess what all knowing legal attourneys!  If it's so useless why have two people from VUG said that they were inquiring about the c&d and reporting our feelings to those in charge? 
  I would like it if people just sign the petition and send an email to vivendi whether they are so sure it's not going to work or not.  Don't worry I've done it, and my fingers weren't bleeding and my head wasn't swimming while I was clutching my nauseated stomach.  It's a relatively painless and quick process to print out a picture, sign it, scan it, and send it.  And sending an email takes seriously less than 5 minutes and it gets the message accross.

Guys maybe those solutions have already been stated but I will repeat:

Release the game on a site in a third country.

Change the trademarked names and release the game as it is. VIvedi can do nothing about it.

Let the "source code" leak and let fans do the rest and distribute it to the public.

Negotiate with Vivedi and let them release it for free or a minimal cost.

What you might be referring to is the email from my gmail account? I've been doing some major mass emails, and Yahoo only allows a certain number SENT every hour, but receiving, I'm still fine.

The Save KQIX site is almost finished. Don't expect anything too huge though, it's basically just a page with information on how to support KQIX with solutions on what to do, and other things such as images you can add to your signature.

I'd like a few suggestions on what you'd like to see on it though, what you think should be added.

I was really looking forward to it,

Being an indie developer myself I already boycott EA and VU, so all I can do is keep on doing it.

On a brighter side, we (my team) just finished our game (which is a Classic Adventure + Action RPG)

if you feel inclined have a look at it, we developed it over the course of 3 years with a 5 person team with no pay, so it was sorta the same situation as the KQIX team.

Again, my deepest sympathies to the QKIX team, I couldn't imagine working on a game for 3 years and then having somone tell us we couldn't finish it.

I just sent my email to Vivendi. I hopped on the site last night only to see that this project is being shut down. Hang in there everyone, get the word out and hopefully we will prevail.
