Vivendi owns all the rights to Sierra  games, so the best place to e-mail would probably be games.comments@vugames.com.

Remember they're debating about copyright ownership and whatnot, so, take a deep breath

I've never heard of Vivendi until and it quite possible that something not legal is taking place. That why authorities should get involved!

Ehrm,  splat44, Vivendi is quite real, believe you me. No question about that, real high profile company.

@koko: couldn't persuade my friends to sign the petition so you'll just be getting mine. However, I'm afraid you're going to have to wait until the weekend, if that's possible. I am struggling a bit with time constraints atm. Sorry for the daly but you WILL get it.

Ok...1st off, I think it funny that the KQIX thread on Vivendi's forums has been locked and we've been told not to post on their forums about the subject anymore, hehe...

2ndly...I started a chatroom on EFNET called #kqix.  anyone who uses MIRC can connect to efnet and join the chatroom.  I may come and go from it, but it is a place people could get together and chat. 

So yeah, thats it for this post!  Later!

EDIT:  never mind about EFNET...I'll join the one you all made...someone who posts a lot should add the irc info to their signiture!!

mIRC setup guide:

I will write this little setup guide real quick to help anyone not too PC savvy who wants to get in the chatroom...

go to www.mirc.com and download the program...install it

Start the program up and the options screen will pop up.  Fill in a nickname, full name, and email address.  Next, on the left hand side of the options screen make sure "Connect" is expanded and click on "Servers".  Click the add button.  Fill in any description you would like. 

For IRC server enter:  irc.freenode.net

Everything else on this screen is fine the way it is.  Now click the ADD button.

Now, on the options screen, click the "Connect to Server" button.

A "Favorites" window will pop up.  Enter the channel name:  #kq

Click ADD, then highlight the #kq in your list and click join.

That should do it!  Hope this helps anyone interested in joining the chatroom!

This client is made for #sq, which is also on Freenode (and was made for Space Quest, go figure ), but you can connect to the KQ chat room by just typing "/join #kq" when it's done connecting to the server:
